Hi, I’m Kelly
I am a native Las Vegan (born and raised), and I have been employed in the casino business for 33 years. I started making dice and casino chips for a company called Paul-son Dice when I was 16 years old. At 18 years of age I was head of chip manufacturing for the same company. I worked for Paul-Son until I turned 21. The day I turned 21, I went to work for the California Hotel dealing dice. 8 months later I was hired on at Binions’ Horse Shoe where I worked for 16 years. At the Horse Shoe you could see any kind of bet there is on a craps table. And you could see a lot of bets playing craps, that you won’t see anywhere else. After the Horse Shoe I went to Caesars’ Palace Hotel where high end players are the norm. I opened a main Strip Hotel in 1998 with John and we are still there to this day.

I first moved to Las Vegas from San Diego back in 1992. I broke in at the El Cortez downtown dealing Black Jack. While I was there I was still going to Dealer School learning craps. Breaking in at the El Cortez on a 25 cent table reminded me a little bit of boot camp (I was in the Coast Guard). The only thing I remembered was constantly getting yelled at by either my floor supervisor or the players. There was hardly a moments peace. It was an overall excellent learning experience. I moved from there to the Union Plaza, Gold Coast (a real hell hole), the Golden Nugget (an excellent place to work) and in 1998 I opened up a main strip casino where I still am today. Over the years I have seen many styles of play from all kinds of players around the world. What Kelly and I are going to show you is the best money management systems we have seen.
